Public records held by Elmwood Park, Bergen County, or New Jersey custodians are outside our control. Requests for those records belong with the custodian under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., subject to its exemptions and related privacy laws.
